Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase.

Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once files have been accessed or downloaded.

Exceptions may be made in cases such as duplicate purchases, incorrect file delivery, or verified technical issues preventing access.

Refund Policy for Digital Products
Booking Requirements
Educational Pattern Investigation Sessions require advance preparation.
To allow adequate time for review, all appointments must be scheduled at least three (3) calendar days in advance.
This preparation begins before your scheduled appointment and is an essential part of the service.
Payment
Payment is collected at the time your appointment is booked.
Your payment covers the complete Educational Pattern Investigation Service, including:

Preparation, review, and organization of your submitted materials before the appointment.

Your live educational session.
Preparation begins as soon as your appointment is confirmed, allowing adequate time to thoughtfully review your submitted information before we meet.
Rescheduling
Life happens, and we understand that plans can change.
If you need to move your appointment, we're happy to reschedule it, even within 24 hours of your scheduled session, subject to availability.
If you choose to cancel your appointment instead of rescheduling, you are eligible for a 50% refund. The remaining 50% covers the preparation, review, and organizational work that begins as soon as your appointment is booked.
Educational Pattern Investigation Sessions involve reviewing, organizing, and thoughtfully preparing your submitted materials before we meet. This preparation is an essential part of the service and allows for a more meaningful and productive session.
In rare circumstances where preparation has not yet begun, Living Signal Research may, at its sole discretion, issue a larger refund.
